Adobe Premiere closes when opened

When ever I open Adobe Premiere CS3, it finishs loading all the plug-ins and a new window opens. Then premiere just automatically closes for no reason. It just disappears without me touching anything. I've done nothing to make premiere act this way.This problem just started while I was in the middle of a project, so i really need help fixing this.

It sounds like a bad install to me. Only way to be sure is to uninstall and try again.
