This has me stumped, have googled it but can't seem to fix the problem
"Adobe Premiere Pro is running very low on system memory. Please save your project and proceed with caution"
quad processor, 8 gb ram, 2 HDDs, cache & preview files on 2nd HDD connected via USB, project files and avisynth scripts on my TB HDD.
My current project length is 10 seconds with about 4 avs scripts loaded, I mean c'mon I'm not overloading the system here so I'm missing something, any ideas? Thanks.

It might just be a case of having too much ram. What version of premiere pro is it?
I know premiere 6.0 complains about running low on ram on my 4gb system.
