Good guides/tutorials for Premiere

I've been working on Final Cut for the past few years, but as I got a new computer, i'd like to have a look into editing with Premiere. I couldn't find a guide on the board, so I'm sorry if I'm just blind or something, but does anyone know any good guides/tutorials/videos? I actually prefer written things with screenshots, because I like to skip around and I can go at my own pace. I'm not new to editing, I'd just like to get a better feel for the program, what I can do with it, and especially shortcuts and the like. Oh and how it works in connection with After Effects.
