After realizing I can snag a lot of plugins for premiere pro 2.0..What can AE do that pro cant' that makes it so awesome? Is it really worth spending a bunch of extra money on?

I think it's as said in AE name... After Effects... Besides is more suited for movie makin' , like home video footage editing,or stuff like that. And with After Effects ya add effects,'n stuff like that. That what I think.

Premiere is a tool to edit video.

After Effects is a tool for motion graphics, effects, and compositing.

I mean premiere can do motion effects, right..Or do you mean motion effects like in this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzfQZOw7k8w ( like seperating the background from a character, having pieces of it blink and whatnot like in the beginning of the video ) That can be just done in premiere too right with clever use of matte and crop, right?

Although i'm not quite sure how to reproduce something like havin a certain color switched to a certain color..( like, in example, the part where Sasuke's curse is blue..)

Can someone give me an example of a video with after-effects only effects?

Seperating the character from the background is usually done in Photoshop or AE. Good example of AE video: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... hp?v=49915

Try to do 3d camera manipulation in Premiere. You can't.

Well, that's not exactly true. You can always recreate something in MSpaint and AVIsynth, but what you can and can't do isn't really what you're asking, is it? You're asking what can be done easily. AE makes certain things a lot easier (like complex and nested motion effects) but also makes certain things a lot harder (like audio sync, cropping without using masks, etc.) You need to use both together if you don' want to be pulling your hair out.
