AE and Premiere files

Post by ousatsu » Tue Apr 03, 2007 4:50 am

I know its possible to import Premiere files into After Effects and then edit them, but is it possible to do this the other way around? from AE to Premiere?

I would like to jump between both programs to get my scenes/clips looking good, but i'm not sure how I can do this.

If anyone knows how, or can explain anything it'll be great. thanks.

I always just export the video uncompressed from AE and toss it into Premiere in an "AE exports" folder - you just need to make sure you have the HDD space to do it if you want to do that a lot.
