halleluja. You´re damn right man. It´s a pain in the ass and always looks shity at the end.speaking from experience, making a shake effect with premiere's motion looks like ass.

You just have to be careful with the motion effects, and Premiere Pro 2 has a anti-flicker filter that helps a little bit (it's right at the bottom of the motion settings).
I don't trust auto-plugins. I prefer reinventing the wheel. :O
