Premiere Pro 2 vs. Premiere CS3 - Recommendation?

Oh man... That's not what I meant, lol. I meant if maybe there were some kind of diffeernces of how to do things that affected the speed - not in terms of "what takes up more CPU and memory).

No, there really isn't (between Pro 1.0, Pro 1.5, CS2, and CS3 at least). The "how" is mostly the same from version to version. The big differences are in the number of presets and the layout (which you can customize yourself anyways).
