try e-bay but even then the stuff might not be legit. There are cheaper programs that work just as good as Premiere; like Magix and Vegas.

you can also find cheaper programs like Ulead or Magix or Pinnacle... :/ or see if you can find a deal somewhere, or get an older version / Elements O.o
