Just got Dreamweaver CS3 ... help!!

Ok, I've never made my own website before and I'm a total noob. I recently obtained Dreamweaver CS3 and now I want to make my own website to host my own vids etc etc... Does anyone know how to use this program or know of any good websites with free tutorials for beginners? I just want my website to be solid. It doesn't have to be very flashy, but I am pretty good with photoshop so I could spice it up a little. Thanks so much!

Thats a partial tutorial, but it should be enough to maybe help you get started.
