I have problems with AE! I can't get lossless export in AE!!!
I tried all combinations with all codecs, and still nothing!
But at least i made a little discovery. It seems that AE distorts the video right when you imnport video in it, and not when you export it, because every time i import some video into composition it automatically decreases quality a little bit(it is really a little bit but it is big loss for me...).
I don't know why is that happaneing!? I tried with several videos with different compression, with different codecs, but still the same...
Will that happen with every video i import in AE? Or is there some codec that will be lossless once i imort it in?
Is there any way i can solve this please!!!???
Help please! AE problem!

Re: Help please! AE problem!
Right-click on the composition monitor window and select Quality --> Best if it's not selected already.VEGETA_LSSJ wrote:But at least i made a little discovery. Also check your Composition Settings (under Composition menu) and make sure that the Resolution is set to Full.

Thank you very much for help.
It was already set on Best and on Full, but still problem is the same.
Is there maybe some codec that will not make the same problem...? I tried in Huffyuv and in DV NTSC, and few more but it still decreses quality a little bit when i import it in...
BTW the loss is clearly seen when i set magnification on a 100%...AND when i export...But of course export quality and composition quality are exactly the same, so that means the problem is definitely not in export...it is something about those composition settings or simply about codecs and compression which this imported video is in...
If someone worked with some codecs that don't have this problem with AE please let me know...
