neon green bar

I never got an answer for this and now I'm hearing a quick chirp in my audio at this point of my project when the neon green bar starts. Anyone know what this means and what I do to fix it...if it's even a problem?

The green bars are the areas of your time line that you preview. I think one is for RAM preview and the other for standard preview.

Premiere keeps temporarily the parts you have previewd so if you want to do it again it goes faster. It should not affect your audio in anyway. Check your project settings, your audio source etc. Hope it helped :)
