My premiere pro problem

I just got premiere pro 1.0 and When installed and everything, it wont run.
It says "This version of Premiere pro has expired", how do i fix this?

I did, i bought the cd, it came in the mail a few days ago

Who did you buy it from? Besides, Adobe itself wouldn't have sent you version 1.0. They would have sent you either 2.0 or 3.0 (3.0 comes out in a few days).

I don't want to doubt you but if it's legal and all why don't you try to contact Adobe?

If it is legal though, it must have come with a serial. Maybe you entered it wrong (or not at all) and it registered as trial? Try re-installing it.
