Premire Pro cs3 wont open my project

When I try to open a recent project I have been working on, it will reach 98% and then says that a serious error has occurred that requires premiere to shut down. I will even try to import the project into a new one which also causes premiere to crash. Is there anyway to fix this? I can use the auto saves but a lot of time passed between the last one and the crash. Thanks.

nvm guys. What I did was I deleted all the preview renders and then opened the project and skipped all when it asked me to relocate...and it works fine now!
