Corel's KnockOut 2 . . T_T . . ???

.. when it comes to Software, I seem to find stuff without knowing what it does T_T

.. I saw this image and wanted to create other images from it. Corel's KnockOut looked like the perfect solution. I got it home and it said:

.. yeah .. right .. ~_~ .. mind-you, this is not exactly new software but it looked good

my questions is, is this a built-in function on any of the newer softwares out there?
(( reason: the plug-in won't load into anything but VideoStudio 11 Plus - T_T ))
