Ever since I had to wipe and restore my hard drive two months ago, Photoshop refuses to load images when I right click and select Photoshop from the Open With option. It'll load Photoshop itself, just not the image. If Photoshop is already open, it does nothing. Using File->Open works, but it's rather inconvenient in most circumstances. I'm using Photoshop 7.0.
Does anyone know how to correct this?
Photoshop 'Open With' error

One note I did forget to mention at first: after the wipe/restore, I had installed SP1 first, and then Photoshop, whereas prior to the wipe I'd had Photoshop installed for a couple years before finally succumbed and updated to SP1. I was thinking that possibly could have something to do with it, but I don't know.
Well, even though I technically didn't want to do it this way, I managed to get the right behaviour again by going into each format's associations and adding an 'Edit with Photoshop' item to their context menus (I had to do this once before with WMP 6.4 so I can open MP4 files in it instead of Winamp when there's a video stream in the file too, as it doesn't show up in Open With at all, although Media Player Classic does). Open With still doesn't work right, but it does both load Photoshop and open the picture. I was looking for a one-stop solution so I didn't have to go into each format individually and do it, but I've covered the most important ones at this point (.bmp, .jpg, .png, .gif, and .tif), so it should do until I figure out what went wrong.
