Constant Grayscale

Any clips I preview in WMM only show in black and white unless they're in the editing bar. And any videos I play in Windows Media Player are also in grayscale, even if I have not added the grayscale effect.

Anyone know what could cause this and/or how to fix it?

do you have all of your codecs properly installed?

I should. I already uninstalled them and reinstalled them once. Didn't help.
