what i do is shorten the length of the file to where the sound stops (pass it by a hair) and then i save it, then i just upload the file that i just created and use that.
I wouldn't bother replying to this, as it's just cornwiggles proxy account.
And he's doing this to try and prove that compressing a compressed file twice makes it better
