WMM is not difficult at all.

If you are a simple, straight cuts editor (like myself), then WMM is the simplest way to get your vision across IMO. If it had better exporting options, I'd still use it.

What I mean is when you cut a clip in WMM all the clips move together instead of just staying in the place you want them such as Premiere lets you do.

That's why you have to plan your video down to the edge, or carefully add a clip that fit the space that the removed clip took up. So, like many have said before me, WMM is pretty good for simple videos, rarely anything complicated.
