Alright, so heres my problem.
I have all my clips, they're workings great inside WMM with them working in the preview box. I used VirtualDub to take eps and convert to avi files with Divx. So point is, all these clips work great.
However, this is what happens. I just finished an amv, sit back, publish the wmv (it doesn't matter, i did all options of saving it (Best quality, other setting, etc)) So for the most part, until the 3/4 part, everything was going smooth. Then in the last quarter of the amv, some scenes would just be blank black (and I have an insignia on the bottom right, it still appears, but the footage is dead, its just black) and music still goes on. So basically, some scenes dont make it to the final version and they just end up being black scenes, but the amv flows perfectly when I play it inside the WMM and watch it from the preview window. Its just really bothering me. I tried to reinstall codecs, i have CCCP, K-lite, uninstall and redownload, and its still the same. Hell, I even took all the scenes that go black, put them all together by themselves in another separate project, and published it. The mini movie test worked, those scenes were published fine. So if it can publish for a small testing movie, why is it not working for my amv project? Im wondering if anyone ran into something like this
Weird problem with WMM after publishing a wmv file

All I can suggest is:
First, cut the part that's messing up, and save that. Then clear the timeline and paste that part alone. Try and save that alone too. I think I remember this happening to me once, try and see if that will work. If it does, I would restore the project to the original clips, but cut the group that's messed up and import the messed up part that you already saved after it.
Be sure to save it in as high of settings as you can though if you're going to do it.

Care about the video itself, not what format it's in.

Hey thanks for the tip, it worked
I just took the first 3/4 of the amv, saved it, then added the saved video with the clips that weren't working, and save it again, and it works! I think maybe its because there were too many effects, as I was using the fade effect like crazy. Thanks again for the tip, and if anyone wants to check it out, feel free to
