How do I convert my formats

I am currently using WMM to do my amv's because my computer has issues with sony vegas studio. When I published the two I made, they came out as wmv's however anime expo's contest does not accept that format. Does anyone know what I haver to do to convert the finished and published amv into a dv-avi format or do I shudder have to start these projects all over again. Also when I tried to publish as a dv-avi in WMM and replay it, I get a message saying there is no video file. Someone please help.

you export as DV_AVI and then ask this question on the encoding/converting forum.

Additionally knowing what format you're after may help.
