making effects in movie maker 3

I'm looking for a way to make my own effects in movie maker 3 (the one that comes with Windows Vista) I know it's possible in XP, but not sure if it is for vista. Anyways if it helps, the effect I'm trying to make is the look of snow falling, I'm quite savvy with XML from making my own effects in movie maker 2, but I’m not sure if it works that way for movie maker 3, if anyone could help with this, or point me in the direction of a good place to get the effect I’m looking for that’d be great, thanks

check the last dot point of the sticky for a link to WMM effects site, i haven't checked it recently but there may be some WMM3 stuff there now.
