Doubt that, in order to do it, the programs need to be able to "talk" with each other. Things like those can be done only with adobe programs that come from the same master collection or production premium. If you buy the programs as standalones, some of the features will lack, most importantly you won't be able to use the dynamic link feature between premiere and after effects, which is oftentimes useful.
