Re: Fanime FMV/AMV 2K9 Winners
So 'Lord of the Anime' won in both Drama and Experimental category despite being in the Experimental category? Odd, but whatever. The ballot system needs work, as the play list was Action, Drama, Experimental, Comedy, but the ballot was Action, Drama, Comedy, Experimental. Which I am sure caused some errors in voting.
Instead of numbering the entries 1-10 in each category, why not put: A1-A10 for Action, D1-D10 for drama, etc... Then people can put just the numbers down quickly.

I think that is a typo, I don't remember it winning two different categories.anneke wrote:So 'Lord of the Anime' won in both Drama and Experimental category despite being in the Experimental category?

A typo? Curious on the actual winner and 2nd place winner for that one. lolStudio Hybrid wrote:I think that is a typo, I don't remember it winning two different categories.anneke wrote:So 'Lord of the Anime' won in both Drama and Experimental category despite being in the Experimental category?

Sorry Typo, I'm very very tired. My vision is still blurry and I'm sitting here at work writing this in for you guys and galls. Give me a few more hours and I should be better and I will get the links up.

I won comedy!! Yay for the pants!!
Of course I kinda had two people acting as proxy... hope that doesn't cause confusion.
But to explain I asked one and the other took initiave. I hope everything got sorted properly.
Please PM me if there are any issues.

This is how I see things:
A bad AMV makes it look easy
A good AMV makes it look fun
A great AMV makes it look hard
However, the best AMVs make it look impossible

Lord of the Anime did not win drama at all.
The voting system was fine.
If you were at the award ceremony, it was pretty clear Lord of the Anime did not win twice.
