ChibiChibiCon 2010

Held at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA, ChibiChibiCon is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year and we're having an AMV contest!
With any good convention, there’s an AMV Contest. Why should you be interested?
Well, for posterity’s sake! Who doesn’t want the “Won the ChibiChibiCon 2010 Best Anime Music Video” tag?
Rules for AMV Contest:
1. Go buck wild. There will be several categories, just make sure your AMV is appropriate to the category.
The categories are:
§ Horror
§ Comedy
§ Romance
§ Action
§ Hentai (very limited spots for this, because this is going to be at night but…go ahead)
§ Character-based AMVs
2. There WILL be nudity/gratuitous violence/sexuality allowed, but in a very limited amount. We’re only showing those AMVs from 10 pm-midnight. It still is subject to strict scrutiny, and anything representing extreme sexual or physical abuse for the sake of showing extreme sexual or physical abuse (as opposed to for artistic representation) is not allowed.
3. Please submit your AMVs to katzgoboom@gmail.com no later than February 16th. I will then send you a disclaimer form to sign. Please sign it and have it postmarked no later than February 19th. Must be DVD-quality AMVs.
Other than that, go crazy. Give us your most creative piece of work. The wackier, the better. You are the one who benefits from this, and we are eager to see your work!

That aside is there a limit on length of a single video or number of entries?
I assume (hehe) by your post there is no registration requirement , however let us, simply for the sake of argument, pretend that someone on the opposing end of the country (not to even mention international) were to win how would award shipment be arranged?

Well, sir, we would most likely contact you personally and ask for an address, then ship said prize to you. I'm awarding the winners for each contest a picture of your choice, drawn by yours truly. Here is my deviantART, even though I don't really update much. I'm planning an update soon?
