I have a question about the Texas Region category, sorry if I sounds confusing trying to explain.
Is it only for Texas residents and would that mean it automatically applies to the entry?
E.g. I enter a comedy amv, does it apply for both comedy and TR? Or it can only be one category? It's a comedy and I enter it as a TR amv and that's all it can qualify to win?

I have another question. The "preferred" size is 200MB, mine is 300MB, will that be a problem?
I had also sent an email about this, I'll post it here too in case it's easier to just answer it here. There isn't any mention about credits, so it is okay to have opening/closing credits (animes, song, logos, my name)
