The rules state
"AMV contest participants may only participate in one contest. For example, a creator may not submit to both the Masters and the Standard AMV contest."
So I would say no.

So "created within a 12 month period prior to the contest submission date.", along with a no limit rule for number of submissions? I hope you guys don't die over judging for finalists. There are editors that can do a lot within the year. xD
