I'll be watching the videos with my children today, and we are all excited! Back when I was in high school (god, forever ago - well over ten years!) my brother, friend and I submitted to Otakon and attended (traveled in for NY for it and was so excited to do so) and were so thrilled to see our vid on the big screen. Although we were left with a bad taste in our mouth when we put out our second vid (such serious business! haha), it was all still a good time. I don't get to watch much anime anymore, nor do I have the time to devote to AMVs, but now that I live in the DC area I'm excited to be back at Otakon once again. Good luck to all the participants! Enjoy it no matter the outcome.

They are moving to washington dc next year. They need the space to expand. The balimore convention place is just too small for them.
