I can't find anything about the badge costs without going through the registration process either. There might be a chance it's in an area that may not require badges. If I find anything, I'll let you know ASAP. As far as the airing of the contest, we're going to be showing the videos twice - the first time will be the only voting airing, on Saturday the 27th at 3-6PM in the Main Video and Industry Rooms, then Sunday in the same rooms. Programming coordinator hasn't given a time slot on that just yet.

Not a ticketed event. Line usually forms on the concourse by the rooms (right by the main entrance of the convention center), check with the rovers if you're having any trouble. I'll be instructing the volunteers to let editors in beforehand for priority seating, but we'll need to pack the rooms if last year was any indication.

Show time is from 3-6PM in Video Main and Industry rooms! Only time we'll be taking votes. Awards are given out on Monday at Stage Zero at noon, and there's also a rerun on Sunday.
