There's two boxes, and clearly the first one is ONLY for the artist of the song (the example provided on the form, Perry Como), and the second box is ONLY for the song by that artist ("Papa Loves Mambo").
And yet, the little popup box that shows up when you hover over either of them seems to be telling you to put "Artist - Song". So instead of putting only Perry Como in the first box, you're really supposed to put "Perry Como - Papa Loves Mambo" instead?
You're going out of your way to be clear and detailed here, and yet I'm still confused by this. I followed the example of putting the artist name in the first box and the song name in the second box, and on my Submission Received confirmation email, it just lists the artist name only for the source audio. The information I provided in the other box doesn't show up anywhere in this confirmation email, so I wonder where it even went.
I realize this is all my fault because you clearly say "One souce per line, please use the format: artist - title," but why is one box labeled "Artist(s)" and the other labeled "Source Audio"?

Does this apply to any Editor Spotlights that potentially occur before the awards show on Saturday? As in, will editors be prevented from sharing their PRO videos during their spotlights?Mr Pilkington wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 12:10 pmRight of First Exhibition: By submitting a video to this event, you are granting the Video Art Track the right of first exhibition of your submission. Submissions may not have been presented in any public venue nor published online in any fashion prior to their initial screening during the Gala Awards Show at Anime Weekend Atlanta (Saturday, November 2, 2019). This includes any other conventions during the same weekend.
What if my video is disqualified? In the event of disqualification the editor will be contacted via the email provided. Generally entrants are given the right to resubmit the entry into Expo. This will not be done automatically, we will always ask for consent prior to the relocation of a video.

The wording on the form was supposed to be different, not sure how that happened. Enter the data to the best of your ability. If there is question I'll reach out to you individually.

I can't seem to open the .zip file. Both my phone and computer say the file's too big and it won't preview.
