AMV's are just one other cog in the machine of entertainment. Just be happy and honored you're material can be seen by people and enjoyed by someone out there. I'd rather make something im proud of than shill out something to be popular. If it gets popular then great, but either way I want to be proud of all my works.

Oh I'm not really salty. I'm just being facetious. I took the 2011 VCA action category with a cross-over video. I'm just thinking that maybe I should try them more often since they tend to be successful.

Edit: Just to make it clear, I'm definitely kidding about the "gimmicky, crude, crowd pleasers" thing. It was a great video. If it hadn't been voted Best in Show, it would have bumped me down to second place. Truthfully, I'm only pretending that I didn't dodge a major bullet.
