I would suggest you let him do it his way. He said "First 16 entries get placed" not "Oh, I'll pick through the videos, PRE-JUDGE them, and deem them worthy." That would defeat the whole purpose of it being a competition. I know comps in real life (like for cars and shit) dont pre-choose the entrants, it would be unfair. They say the same thing. "First in, first served". Its the fairest way to go.

i am letting the people vote. I plan on using polls(i already have them) for the voting. but if someone suggests a better way to do the votes other than polls, i am open to suggestion.
