Your rules do state that the videos must have premiered on a date no ealyer than Jun.1.2004 aka 6.1.2004 and looking at poor old bulghodah's video entry it looks like it prmiereed 8.31.2004. Now tell me if im wrong but DOESN"T 8 COME AFTER 6 MAKING HIS FIRST VIDEO OK. i mean come on. Ok ill help lets count on our hands now 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. Ok not good enough how about this June, July, August. or maybe you prefer jun, jul, aug. Ok is that better.

It was actually his Vampire Hunter D one. My bad I knew it was one of his amv's just looked at the wrong tilte.

ok so now i'm completely f*cking lost. so what videos have i entered? the Vampire one and the Grave of the Fireflies, right? i hope so.

as far as my understanding of the rules the are both ok granted any before the system video are no good.

ok, but i wanna see if i can get the official ruling. i think that if there really was no problem, then i've submitted only the Vamp Techno and the Blind Grave AMV's.

that and i'd like to see how many of these freaking quote boxes we can get in one post

sounds like a challenge....but honestly if you look at the dates both videos are fine i believe vamp techno was made in ealy june making it still ok. I mean read the post on the second page. Then again if you really want to be sure that your video is ok for the contest be like me and a few others and make a video just for this contest. Ive been working for 2 weeks and i have less than 10 seconds done w00t i am so going to loose

It goes year-month-date.

The one Title: Blind Grave

Meaning it was created on August 31st 2004

Then the video called Title: MixMaster Ed
Premiered: 2004-06-03
Which means June 3rd 2004
Which is also fine.

The first one premiered back in april. I hope this clears things up.

Yeah you cant dl that video of mine due to extream blood, gore. ok mostly just just blood. So your right you shouldn't steal my video i really dont have the time to track you down right now.

On another note

w00t im either #1, or #2 sweet....now about that suicide.

I really need to do something maybe ill watch the second vol of Gravi, hmm or maybe ill just stair blankly at my wall untill i pass out causing me to over sleep and make it to work just on time if not a little late. Hmmmm the choices i have. hmmmm

How is everyone doing on there submissions? Remember there's no rush since you still have until Dec. 1st. As always we are looking for new people to join in and your amv must have been created June 2004 or after. Also here is an update on the prizes:

Free OPS

Judges Choice winner will recieve a free Op on a video of their choice.

Third Place winner will recieve a free OP on a video of their choice as well.

Second Place winner will recieve 3 free ops on videos of their choice.

First Place winner will recieve 5 FREE OPS on videos of their choice.

Well that should spice up the pot a little bit. Until then keep those submissions coming.

Not to sound like an ungreatful Ass, but aren't OPs free anyway? I'm assuming OP means "opinions" I mean, it's not like I get paid to write criticism on videos. If you want to write a critic, that's up to you. I don't see it as much of an incentive - it's almost like you (and the judges) are obligating yourselves to write reviews for the winning videos. I certainly would out of respect for the creator, but not as a contractual prize.

Not only some of the videos in the contest will get opinions. But the winners get to pick from any of the videos that they've created in the past to get opinions on from me which are usually about 1,000-1,500 words depending on the length of your video. But there are more prizes on the first page of the topic.

And I said this was just an update so there are more.
