I guess I might enter this AMV Contest too. I know mine won't win. In fact I just might not even get mine in because I only got half done. It might only take me tommorrow and the next day but I hope I do get done on time before the 17th.

I want to thank everyone for their entries so far

... They all look great and I think the attendees of Animethon will greatly enjoy everyone’s work...

At this moment I'm approaching the 50th entry mark and I as Director of Programming and the AMV Coordinator (yea, I’m my own boss), I will ensure to have a big enough slot in our larger rooms to show all the entries following the contest....

For those of you who might not know too much about Animethon, it now in it's 12th year and is one of the older festival/cons out there. Attendance is up to about 2500-3000 people now and more are expected! Not bad for a city with a population of about 900,000!

I introduced the contest to Animethon two years ago and now it takes up the main events room and we will have two overflow rooms as well, so it's one of the fastest growing events at Animethon... The other unique thing I done at this event is that we play last years contest Saturday morning. So this year, we will play last years contest! This way people who missed it can catch up. It's worked well and the room is quite well attended.

Good luck to everyone and I’ll keep you all posted (I’ll event try to get our photographer to take some audience pictures for everyone here)

I just requested FTP permission for my latest two videos. I hope you will forgive me entering them when they have already premiered. I am working on a new video now (meaning I am desparately seeking inspiration for a new video, and not finding it yet) and working on getting the time to edit. I will try to get something new done for the con before the deadline.
