THE ECHOING GREEN - AMV Contest!!

Some of you may or may not have heard of us - there have been several AMV's done to our songs - and for the most part, they've all been cool... so we'd like to have an official contest.

We have a new song called "Suffer" posted up on our myspace site. Head over and see if you dig it and think it's inspiring enough to make a vid to. If you're interested, send us an email via myspace and we'll send you a link to download the mp3.

The winner will get:

1. International Notoriety (well, not really - but that sounded cool)
2. An EG t-shirt and Autographed cd.
3. a synthpop cd prize pack from A Different Drum records. (3 synthpop cd's)
4. your vid posted on the EG myspace page.

If you think we suck cause we don't sound like Linkin Park, that's cool just don't enter the contest. But if you're into the track - then come get your edit on.

I could see Paranoia Agent going well to this song. I don't think I'll enter the contest, but I really like the song and I might make an AMV to it anyway. The only reason I won't enter it into the contest (if I DO make it) is because it's going to be a while before I get around to it...a month or two at least.

Do you think I could have the link anyway? The more I think about the song the more I want to make an AMV for it.

Are there restrictions on content? The series I could see using for this would quickly get into issues of violence or sexuality.

Anyway, I'm not emo enough to have or ever get a myspace page so could you just PM the link to me here?

do you have a higher quality verison of this?
i really care more about doing a video to this than the contest. i can think of a few things that would go along with it
