question - per the rule as follows:
Credits should include: Video Title, Footage Source, Song Title, and Song Artist, and may include Creator {i.e.: your} Name.
so our videos 'should' have bumpers on them? and does it matter where it is (beginning or ending)? Or is this only a text file or something that has to accompany the entry?
