Yep you can do that. Actually unless the rules changed this year (I haven't ventured over to read them yet so I'm not sure if they have) they don't have a video limit per category so if you really wanted to you could submit all three into the same category. I wouldn't as they're probably just behind on confirming the entrys as they come in, and probably just haven't gotten to yours yet. If you still don't have one by August and you're really worried about it then I'd probably email them before you resend the amv.
