Merry Christmas everyone!

Got the results of our screening and now the finalists who will make the IKKiCON show!

But before I get into the results I have to really to call out editors who are just not following the rules & guidelines of the contest and were disqualified.

I really don't wanna do this but it's happens every single time and not only that, in some situations the AMV does very well and get a high marks until we spot something that goes against the rules. We don't mean to discredit these editors but to rather show what they did wrong and hopefully in there next video they will take better care in making sure they spot the mistakes they made in the past.

I can't tell what your guidelines were, because you decided to erase history on the 1st post, but a PG-13 rating (what most cons claim to use) allow for a single explitive and that standard is usually applied to each entry seperately (as any given editor can't be held responsible for the acts of everyone else).

All in all your DQ list is tame. Some larger contests have received as many DQ worthy entries as you probably got total ones.

As far as I'm aware most if not all con's have to have panels that supposed to be PG (All Ages) unless noted on the schedule as 18+ (ratings can change in locations & demographics from convention to convention)

To be fair we do use a disclaimer at the beginning of the contest, however it isn't a means to allow profanity in the contest but 'implied' (censored) profanity, which is okay and allowable.

The amv's with watermarks from TV networks or even stream sties is just a big no, which is a shame because for some amv's that were DQ's had really neat effects and looked like a lot of time and effort went to them, but sadly the (possibly overlooked?) watermarked clips they used poisoned it.
