That video RULES Trigun -Engel DID deserve it's award....you are crazy @.@ just kidding everyone has their own opinion ^^

hehe I know I do... Nat didn't even vomit in our room after a great deal of booze and that is control!!! Hsien on the other hand the year before hmmm well that is another story not for all the kiddies.

muwhahahaa but I will love Nat even more if he pays up the $50 he bet me on winning best of show!

anyway, congrads to all that won and those who were nominated as well as all that participated in AWA. Let's not try to focus on who won what and why it shouldn't should have won since it won't accomplish anything. I know some great videos that didn't even get shown, somehow were obviously lost or neglected in the reviewing process. No contest is perfect (not even AWA) just remember to have fun... that was my plan in the iron chef contest and had a blast! I wanted to give the crowd a good show and didn't care if I won or lost. Both Hsien and myself came up with very different vids and from the reactions it was a great show for everyone. It would have been nice to have won, but that isn't the end all be all to what we do and I was more happy pleasing the crowd for a change. I doubt many people that know me thought they would live to see the day when I would say something like that... it was like when Kevin agreed with me about his BAV video lol!

It was also very cool that our room (Jason, Alan, and myself) became the amv party room on Saturday night and nobody trashed it all to hell. I hope next year we will get a suite so it won't be so cramped.

In closing, from now on at any con I think that Hsien Lee must have a airplane vomit bag on his person at ALL TIMES!!!! That and I will need some kid on a newspaper bike following Nat / Nightowl saying "I want my $50!" lol

heheh maybe I will have Nat pay it off in booze for the next ultimate AMV party!!!

Anyway, it was really cool spending time with everyone and I wish I had more time to hangout with everyone more. That and Ubernostrum helped me add a new cult phrase in the amv community such as the likes of Hubba Hubba Zoot Zoot!!!!

Congratulations to all the winners! I'm glad AD won something, good for you ^_^.

I'm anxious to see the expo results eventhough I know I didn't win anything (thanks to Red Wolf who was great with AWA updates)...

My bad, I didn't see there were several results already in. I was really surprised that Eva potential won action. Don't get me wrong, I really like the video but it doesn't compare to Shameless Rock Video, it's a matter of opinion I guess.

Also big congrats to wuwu for winning something ^_^
