I think trophies will be shipped.

It's stuff like the director's chair that won't be shipped for the grand prize winner if he or she doesn't attend.

Nice, well I've almost finished my third video so I'll be ready to go again. At least things are getting in order on the site. And I've got a comedy video to top last year's in disturbing. I feel dirty just for making it :oops:

Ey Im actually a big noob at going to conventions so I dont know what they mean by AMV contest is a "Ticketed Event"....I mean I understand you must by a ticket but from where? Its not really on their site.... :oops:

For AX, if you submit a video and they recieve it, regardless of whether you make the finals or not, you get tickets at the AMV panel.

If you don't submit a video, you have to get tickets outside at the ticket booth of the convention center.

You can't get into the amv contest without the tickets.

lol OK so if I submit something I get a ticket Automatically....but if I have friends with me they have to buy theres at the ticket booth?

Now, when they say "authored dvd", does that just mean the type you can stick into a tv's dvd player and it goes?

If so, which format would be better to sumbit it in?
