I'll be keeping my out for them.
There is still plunty of time you still have a little under 2 months to submit your amv's. The first contest for Outlaw Anime Club went well let's make this one even more of a success.

Will you accept entries sent through YouSendIt?
I'm currently working on my projects still, and I'm fairly certain I will be cutting it close to the deadline at this point. Seeing as how my location says I'm in Australia, if it ends up being sent via Express Post (FedEx), it'll probably cost me too pretty a penny. At least with YouSendIt, I can ensure that there will be no bumpers and relatively high quality with the video that I send (seeing as how there's a 1GB limit).
Basically, if you are not familiar with YouSendIt, I upload the video, send the link to you via email, and the site holds it there for you until you download it (7 day limit I think).

To answer your question you don't have to be at the con to win.
Unfortunately...
Due to finacial reasons Ani-Quest is being postponed we will announced the new date of Ani-Quest and its amv contest deadline. All of the rules will still be the same. I'm sorry for the inconvenece. We want to make sure our first convention is a sucess and not running around with our heads chopped off. We appreciate your support and hope you will check back with us when we get everything set up again.
