I want an extention. I don't like to rush.

I'll try to have it finished by Friday.

Um... no... :P
(note: I can no longer tell if you guys are kidding or not)

What I know for sure is that the deadline is when it is (it's earlier this year than last I believe) so we can make certain dates for printing and what not.
I won't go into detail about everything that needs to be done once we get the entries, but it is a lot of work, and it takes time.

If you are serious about getting an extension though please say so, and I will let Antonio Jimenez (The Director) know that the request has been made, or you can contact him directly if you like.
I am sure he is already allowing a couple days padding after the deadline for receiving entries though (mail is mail after all).

Speaking for myself only. I can make the deadline, but is it alright if I mail my summision form along with my amv? Also, can you explain how the selection process will be this year (pre-srceening, etc.), or will it be subjective to how many entries you recieve?

Side Note* Last year the winners got thier photos taken after Iron Editer Challenge. Is there way we can get copies? We can talk about this offline if you'd like.

LOL, well seing how that's the way it's supposed to be done... yeah! (all entries and forms go to the same address so it makes sence to have them together)

We will be using prescreenings again (they are so much fun!). The Baltimore Area prescreenings are in place, but I am not sure how the NY or others (if there are any others this year) are in their planning. There will be an announcment on this at some point after the deadline.

I honestly know nothing about this (didn't even know we had it... though I should have). Who is running it now? Last I heard it was Alan Chaess but I may be wrong.
Anyway I'd get in contact with whoever is running it. They would know better than I would.

*Side Note*
After seing a couple requests for an extension on the mailing list, I sent a message to both Antonio and Jason about it. There should be a decision about it fairly soon.

Actually that wouldn't effect the prescreenings or ballots at all, so that's easy to do!
