becuase all footage will be converted to iPod format b4 being put on the site. So the final resolution will 320X240 encoded with h.264. so any bigger than 640X480 is just overkill.

Might want to consider putting your limit around 3 or so. Also, how is the judging being done? Are you just going to pick your favorite video and that's it? Or is there some panel of judges? What's the judging criteria?

Judging will be done by the visitors to the site. All videos will be judged for one month the top 20 as voted by the visitors will then be voted on again for one month. The top videos of those 20 will be the winners. After thinking about it I will limit the number of videos each person can enter to three. Also only videos with one creator can be entered. I do this because there is only one top prize.
