Well I can tell you what was going through my head when I watched your schoolhouse Rock video. At first I was laughing because it was a funny concept, but I think that it was to long. It got a little boring to me after a while and that mainly could be that it was in the comedy category and the audience was expecting something funny. The video lost it's appeal to me about a minuet into it. I think the video would have done better if it was shorter or maybe the song was interupted by a funny audio clip or something along that lines. That would have gotten the audience back into the video.Trilaan wrote:I wonder just what went wrong with my Schoolhouse Rock video and the audience. I don't think it really was a Comedy video, just a funny concept video. Well if anyone was there, I'd appreciate knowing just what went through your head while it played.
Another factor could have been that the audience had just watched a very very long drama category (to many slow videos in that one I think) and the audience was ready for a change. I know I almost feel alseep towards the end of the drama category lol. Anyway. Very original idea, but it just didn't get the audience. A shorter video would have done better for you I think. That is my opinion. I hope that might have helped you at all.
