I can't answer about experience for voting, but I don't think that'd be an issue. Depending on where you are in Baltimore, it'll probably be in the ballpark of 2 hours. Also note that you'll have a toll going across the bridge on 95 going up (but it's free coming back). There might be a second toll booth going into Delaware as well, I can't remember for sure from last year.sallen3k wrote:hmmmm....If that's the case, I'd love to come if there is space available. Anyone know how long the drive is from Baltimore to KOP, PA?
Another question.
I am a complete n00b to AMV's, so would that be an issue with regards to attending and voting?
I've only edited one AMV so far, but I work as a video editor in my day job and would be able to bring some critique experience for voting/evaluating. Does the gang mind letting an AMV n00b into the mix? If not, I completely understand.

Oh cool! Another Marylander making their way up it seems . Yeah, from Baltimore it should be only a couple of hours.sallen3k wrote:hmmmm....If that's the case, I'd love to come if there is space available. With over 130 entries and plenty of voters, it's not like one person's rating will carry their video into the finals. I'm going and I entered a video this time around, same with nightmistress.

2 hours isn't too bad. Plus I have an EZ Pass.phoenixblood wrote: I can't answer about experience for voting, but I don't think that'd be an issue. Without traffic, you're looking at about 90 mins. With traffic you're looking about 2 hours. Keep in mind if you use 95 there are tolls.
If you attend, we expect you to rate the videos. We'll explain Saturday. Bring a pen.

When that's the case, we ask you to do the honorable thing, and not rate for your video.sallen3k wrote:I would love to check out the screening, but since I have an entry in the contest, I have a bit of a conflict of interest in that regard....lol.
