Can I just check to make sure that the absence of the number 4 from the end of my name was indeed a typographical error and not how I actually entered my name?

I think it may be both. I see that you had one of those continuous .txt files that I have to break up manually. You wouldn't believe how many different ways people send me files and information. I got:

07 .avi
01 .mov
06 .mpg
11 .mp4
20 .wmv

I got .txt files, .doc files, .rtf files, video information directly in the submission e-mail, and pieces of loose leaf with a mailed in DVD submission with no .txt file on the DVD.

The non video game one will be competing in the contest. The video game one will be in the general screening.

The AMV Contest is going to be on Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

The AMV General Screening, followed by the AMV Contest Winners will be shown on Sunday From 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

The program schedule may read "AMV Contest Encore Presentation" on Sunday if they don't get a chance to change the program guide.

Due to a massive influx of AMV submissions, we were not prepared to schedule this many entries. I had planned to have 2 viewings of the AMV Contest and 2 viewings of the General Screening. Keep on submitting, and with any luck, next year we'll be able to have 2 showings of the AMV Contest.

Heh. I kind of forgot when the exact date was and when I saw the message saying it occurs on Saturday at such and such time; I just jumped to the conclusion that it was this last Saturday. Yay for paying attention.
