I would love to go to the prescreenings but my guess it's a bit of a drive..
I know counting votes takes some time, about how long after that do finalists get notified.

Well, first off, it's not an open event. Secondly, it's certainly not open to people who submitted videos.

I should know the finalists by Sunday night, but I need to get a number of things taken care of in terms of event prep before I announce them. I'd expect to hear on Monday or Tuesday.

The only problem it's having is the speed at which I can download your videos from it. I've given some conformations out already for early submitters. Due to the lateness of this and some less than stellar record keeping, I'll email anyone if I have a problem with their videos playing when i check them this afternoon / tonight / tomorrow and I'll post a list of account numbers that didn't upload anything in a few hours.
