your video on the website should say accepted if everything is there, the file is checked and the adult waiver is accounted for... I am processing the videos (double checking for credits... this is supposed to be blind judging)

ok... all of the entries have been processed... if there was something wrong, you will have gotten an e-mail trying to fix it.

Got an e-mail regarding the form, fixing it now, should have it e-mailed within 15 minutes.

Just sent my form as well, I was a dunce and hit reply to the original email yesterday, instead of using the email address in the body of the email.

Yay! We have everyone's permission slip for all the registered videos!

Or a way to keep verified users in the database. None of us are getting any younger after all. If we had a verified slip in 5 or 10 years ago we should be good going ahead. Might mean a touch more paperwork but if it was all digital there wouldn't be much beyond a database to keep up with.

If you submitted via the website, login and check out your videos... look at the "files" tab of your videos... you can now see what i have archived for your videos... a couple of you on IRC should already know about it...
I am going to be going through some file correction, and then sending out an e-mail for the submitors to download the files... when this e-mail goes out is based on how many corrections I need to make... so check out your files on the site...
