I've noticed several people re-registering for a submission code multiple times. This indicates that some people haven't been receiving my emails when I send their code to them.
My response time in getting people their submission codes has generally been very fast, usually within a couple hours. If you've don't receive your submission code within 12hrs after you've registered, send me an email.
As of present, submission codes have been sent to everyone who has registered. If you don't have your code yet, contact me right away.

Re: Anime Expo 2015 AMV Competition - MAY 2nd DEADLINE!
Hey It's Retro again, I have an unfortunate announcement to make:
I'm cancelling my submission plans to the AMV contest, and most likely permanently leaving the AMV scene.
A few of the reasons why this will happen are listed below, mostly to avoid potential legal issues in the long term:
* I don't want to fill my potential professional video portfolio with videos that are infringing on copyrighted works with music from artists like Linkin Park, etc.
* Such potential copyright infringement hazards may downgrade my international legal credibility and strip away at my future employment opportunities.
* Anime is something I really tried to get interested in, but I personally just couldn't grab a hold of its appeal it just isn't for me; if anything, I'm better off sticking with my game design, live-streaming, and technology infrastructure ventures and long term goals in things I actually have a greater passion and interest for. I love AMVs because they are really cool and awesome to watch, but I decided that they just aren't worth my time, stress and energy as I once thought they would be. I still will be involved with the AMV community in a casual manner, just not actively working day and night on them myself, as I have other things I do really good already, that I would rather do on a regular basis.
Much Respect to you all,
Retro-Megabyte
