The process is automated. As soon as you apply for an FTP account, you should get an e-mail. I see your account, and I see an e-mail being sent to your address...

Disk clustering. You'll notice there are always 2 file sizes. Actual size, and size on disk. Don't worry, we got the whole thing, not that 0.2 KB is going to make a difference.
Thanks for confirming. One more question: is the video I sent you on 6/1 the same video as the one that I indicated on the submission form? (Anime: Lupin the 3rd, Music: "So Long, Goodbye" Artist: 10 Years, length: 2:26.)

There was a little delay on my part, but I finished uploading my entry last night.

Are we allowed to use 60fps?
I know on the rules, the acceptable frame rates are "23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, and 30", but for the past few cons i've submitted to, they've allowed exceptions for 59.97/60 fps.

If you submit 60 fps, I will unfold the fields and interlace it for you to maintain the frame rate. Pain in the ass, but it can be done. I can only do this with avi's though, so if you plan on sending me a 60fps video, send it in this format to at least save me a step.

Pfffft. No matter what, in a sense, we are all 'stealing' the footage.
Though, I do get what you mean. (I do appreciate the prescreeners. You sit through a lot. Good and bad, I imagine hours of it...gets tiring...)

...I can't imagine even entering a contest with stolen footage. That's kinda...lazy?

I'll stop clogging the forum up now (unless I have a real question).

Nothing compares to 2004: 11 hours of videos, capped off with two honest-to-goodness Linkin Ball Z videos in the last batch.
