while we are on the topic of, "during contest" discussion.

I was wondering if this year, we could get improved amv lists.
Having lists of all the AMVs with the following fields:

==========================
<Category1>
<Initials of Creator(s)> | <Name of Video> | <Song Title> | <Artist Name> | <Anime Used>
(repeat)
==========================
<Category2>
<Initials of Creator(s)> | <Name of Video> | <Song Title> | <Artist Name> | <Anime Used>
(repeat)
==========================

By listing all the information for the video on that piece of paper, it is easier to remember videos, as different people remember an amv differently. Some people remember by the anime used. Some remember by song, some remember by the Name of the video. By doing this, it covers all the bases.

You could leave a box at the bottom for what people wanna vote for, or have another smaller voting ballot on a 2nd piece of paper.

if by name you mean by "entry #3", then yes. the titles of the amvs were not revealed until the credit slide after the video ended.

Oh sweet. Also to note the AMV Workshop is running for nearly 2 hours, that's a good amount of time since it seemed like an hour was too short last year.
Man I just can't freaken wait, I'm so hyped up for the contest this year! I'm going to have so much anxiety when my videos starts showing. XD

It looks like the amv reshow is up against masquerade seating. Not good if you've entered both.

The Problem with Otaku panel looks really interesting. If anyone can get a report from it, that would be much appreciated. :)

Hope everyone has a good time this year!

Yeah but unfortunately it is up against the AXIdol auditions where Rider will be, and I would like to be, at least to see her sing. :cry:

Have her sing at the AMV panel. Just sing REALLY loud.

Either that or Brad and Nic can try to edit a video on the fly to her singing.

That would be a good idea for an AX Iron Editor. :P

You know what that's actually not a bad idea, us procrastinators will do pretty well if a event like that comes up. Where are you Ben? |:>
